Iran is willing to reinitiate nuclear negotiations with the United States on condition that it is handled with "respect" and "honor", Tehran's foreign minister has announced.

The Iranian diplomat stated exclusively dialogue was effective, and revealed recent overtures had originated from go-betweens to restart negotiations with the American leadership. He asserted Iran possessed no unreported enrichment locations, and Tehran could not yet authorize the global atomic watchdog to access bombed nuclear sites for safety concerns.

Walking a Challenging Course
